Our microprocessor-controlled slitting machines are equipped with the latest technology to deliver consistent, accurate cuts on a wide range of materials. Utilizing a combination of lathe and circular saw techniques, the "log" mounts on a horizontal spindle while a rotating circular knife blade precisely slices the material as it turns on the spindle. The machine’s computerized controls manage blade positioning and cutting operations to ensure exact dimensions and tight tolerances. Skilled operators fine-tune settings to account for material characteristics, achieving superior quality results.

 

Versatile and Efficient Slitting Solutions

Our single-knife lathe slitters are capable of slitting widths of 2.75 inches up to 60 inches wide, with unparalleled precision and minimal material waste. Additionally, our high-speed rotary machines can be configured as rewind slitters. In this setup, the master roll is unwound, slit to the required width, and rewound into narrow rolls ready for customer packaging or further processing.
